Q: Do you have a Demo?
A: We don't have a "virtual" demonstration, but we do have PowerPoint presentations available that give an overview of the system and screenshots. Just go to the homepage at http://www.onlinetimetracker.net/ and click on "Downloads". The first 2 documents listed give an overview and screenshots, along with some instructions. The other 3 are completely instruction-oriented documents. You can use the PowerPoint presentations to give a general overview and instructions, in place of a demo. The overview docs are also good to show other employees what to expect. Just click on Download and save the files (.ppt or .pps) to your computer or disk. Then, open using PowerPoint or other programs.
Q: How do we know which Package is right for us?
A: Every package is designed for different Organization Sizes. The smallest is best fit for those Organizations with only a dozen employees or so. From there and up, more employees are taken into mind.
Q: How do we sign up?
A: Its very easy! Click on the Purchase Now! button on the left Navigation. Choose a Package, fill out the blank information fields and our firm will either personally contact you or email your account access information
Q: How easy is it to enter in worked hours?
A: It is very simple to log your work hours. You can login, select the day that you worked, input your hours (and possibly add some notes if needed) and then save and your done! It is as easy as that!
Q: How many employees can I have signed up at a time?
A: It all depends on the Package you purchase. If you purchase a smaller package, such as our Bronze package, you can support up to 10 total employees (including Administrators). If you purchase our biggest package, the Platinum package, you can support up to 250 employees at a given time.

Q: What are the first few steps to sign up?
A: The first steps for any company interested in using the system are to:

a) Pick the paid package that fits your company, or the free 60-day trial, and complete your company information page. You will have to use a credit card, which will not be charged or looked at by anyone. Our credit card processing is handled through a legitimate merchant processor (Authorized.net). If you pick the free trial, you will be notified via email when the trial ends and that you will need to choose a paid package that fits your company at that time. The Administrator will handle this initial setup. Administrators are responsible for setting up companies, changing packages, paying for packages and supervising all users and system use.

b) Secondly, receive your Administrator and Company login information via email. The person who signed up as the administrator will receive this email. They will then go into the system at the homepage and click "log in as admin" (top of homepage). The admin signs in and goes directly into the main page as an Administrator.

c) The Administrator then setups up new jobs, set full time/pt hrs, and new users. All of these logins and information will be sent to each person via email. All communication is automated. The new supervisors and new users will receive automatic emails telling them directly their login information and where to get into the timesheet system. They will then log in at their convenience and change their passwords and/or profiles and start reviewing their timesheets. All users will be able to enter timesheet information immediately upon logging in.
