Lexxle was founded by Ed Addison and his colleages -- veterans in the field of Internet search and AI. Ed and his team founded ConQuest in 1990, now part of Convera, and also Powerize.com in 1997, now part of Hoovers, a subsidiary of Dunn & Bradstreet.

Lexxle was founded in the Fall of 2004 and is located in Wilmington, North Carolina with a development office in Columbia, Maryland.

Dean Berman is the OTT system developer and administrator. Initially developed in Wilmington, North Carolina, Dean moved the system as well as himself to Charlotte, North Carolina. The system has taken some time to develop, but has given him the time to developer and modify tools as much as possible.

Dean will continue to work on the system, making modifications, and will continue to finalize the OTT system for all to use.
