USER AGREEMENT

By acceptance of this account, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the following, while accessing and using the Online Time Tracker's scheduling application(s):

  1. Our company employees and users understand that Lexxle, Inc and DB Web Development Services are the sole owners of all software applications, tools, features, source code, etc; associated with the ONLINE TIME TRACKER system and all of its computer applications.
  2. I agree that our company employees and users will access and use the ONLINE TIME TRACKER system only for the purpose for which the accounts were issued.
  3. I agree that our company, associates, users, employees, who have access to the ONLINE TIME TRACKER system and applications have the right to use the system with only the purpose of employee scheduling and administration, and other tools as suggested by the owners and technical support team.
  4. I agree that our company and all associates have the right to their data, and all of their personal and confidential information while using the ONLINE TIME TRACKER system.
  5. I agree, along with all company associates and users, to not modify, change, or alter ONLINE TIME TRACKER'S computer applications, source code or tools for any reason.
  6. I and company users will not attempt to access privileged system files or programs.
  7. I agree, along with company associates and users, not to make unauthorized use of any account or knowingly grant use of this account to unauthorized persons.
  8. I understand, along with company associates and users, that this computer account is for company use only, and providing my account information and password to any other company/firm is a violation of this agreement and could result in the loss of our company's privileges.
  9. I, and company users, will respect the rights of all other users on the system and the Internet and will not knowingly use the ONLINE TIME TRACKER system, its source code or tools, in any way which is disruptive or damaging to the system, the Internet, or to any other users.
